THE THANG: As a group, 15s with an assortment of weights. Pick your weight and go floor to overhead, run the stairs and do your merkins then loop back to the weights and repeat.

Mosey to small parking lot below the bus lanes. As a group, 5 merkins then up the small hill to the box of pain. Roll the die and perform 10 of the selected movement and then back to the parking lot and repeat until time.
