WARMUP: 10 burpees, high knees, ass kickers, karaoke, SSH, weed pickers, imperial walkers
THE THANG: our very own Jerry Carnes from 11alive showed up to profile the elite hardos at THJ to find out their story and why they are just so damn hard all the time. Made our way to the play ground first to get camera ready. Did 3 rounds of morning call which amounted to each Hardo doing 75 merkins, 15 pull ups, and a few minutes of plank. After beefing up the glory muscles and glistening from the moist morning it was showtime. Gave Jerry the flyby at the top of easy mountain so he could see what he was working with. Proceeded to the bottom of easy mountain to start mucho chesto. 20 reg merkins, 20 diamond, 20 wide, 20 offset right, 20 offset left. Didn’t have time for anymore of Jerry’s shenanigans so we took off down the track headed towards the field. Only had enough time for a few sprints followed by 5 burpees then finished with some happy jacks at the flag.
