It wasn’t quite as hot this morning as earlier in the week — but, we still managed to sweat a little (or maybe more than a little).
Mosey to far end of stadium (closest to sewage treatment plant) — Farm Country volunteered to take 1st leg with coupon (cinder block).
- copperhead squats
- copperhead merkins
- back stretch
- weed pickers
Mosey in-line down the hill pass the track, along road to Boling Park, then through parking lot and into softball field entrance to bottom of The Hill, taking turns carrying coupon.
Starting from the bottom of the hill and keeping our same line order and formation, first PAX carried coupon up hill to first light and did AMRAP of coupon exercise while remaining PAX traveled up the hill using the designated mode of transportation. Once next PAX in line caught up to 1st PAX, he took the coupon from 1st PAX, mosied up to the next light and began coupon exercise, while 1st PAX went to back of the line. This continued all the way up the hill until the last light. Then, we turned the “train” around and went down the hill, continuing the same exercises until everyone had a turn with the coupon.
Mode of transportation — Coupon exercise
- inchworm merkin — arm curls
- lunge — overhead press
- Imperial Walkers — dips
- inchworm sholder taps — squat (ran out of time before getting to these)
At top of The Hill, Backdraft jogged back to flag with coupon, while remaining PAX did 10 squats and then joined him at the flag for some Mary.
Farm Country was 6th man, and various comments were made about his manly pecs. Praise that he and his family are doing well.
- 3rd F breakfast next week, so no BD at the Armory
- convergence on 7/4
Prayers and coffee (thanks, Twilight)
