THE THANG:
Song 1: Here Comes the Hammer (MC Hammer) – We did SSH’s to the music and a burpee every time the word “hammer” was mentioned.
Song 2 & 3: Sledgehammer (Peter Gabriel) & Hammer to Fall (Queen) – 1 Pax would run to the tire and pound said tire with the sledgehammer as many times as they could up to 30. For every sledgehammer swing, Pax would perform an exercise w/ weight. OHP, Squats, Merkins, Curls.
Song 4 & 5: If I had a Hammer (Peter, Paul and Mary) & Hammer (Bob Marley) – We did American Hammers w/ weight while 1 Pax at a time would run to the tire and do 6 tire flips.
Song 6: U Can’t Touch This (MC Hammer) – We did Jack Hammers, 30 at a time, then rest, then repeat. Bonus points to Lazarus for doing the best “Hammer.” Negative points to everyone else who didn’t try.
Song 7: The Hammer (Motorhead) – We did lunge walks with weight.
