With the rain stopping just in time, let’s get some miles in
Yes it was warm and then we did a rama
Head down Gaddis and hang a right, then another right, then another, and another, loop back around and take the next right, and another, and another, and another, and another…and then take a left back to the flag. With a few minutes left, head up to the round a bout and back to finish with 5.2 miles.
Praises for Nora and praying for those still going through treatments, Sharapova’s M and Yogi’s friend Eric.
Naked Man Moleskin:
An enlightening conversation in the gloom to say the least. Yogi was reciting 5 and 10 year compounded interest rates of return and basically calling Dave Ramsey an idiot. What does that guy know anyway? LawDog won my write-in vote for the Presidential election. He’s running on the non-traditional platform of encouraging a mini-recession to get the property values in Cherokee County back in line. Nothing drastic that would impact employment, but just enough to scare us back into a false sense of security before the big one. Genius! I got the cliff notes version of the other group’s conversation and it paled in comparison. Something about upcoming races and nutrit…zzzz…oops, fell asleep just thinking about it. We kept our streak alive and this week we lost Chitwood somewhere on the streets of Woodmont. When YHC asked Red Hat and Snap-On where Chitwood went they shouted at the same time at the top of their lungs, “WHERE’D WHO GO?!”, or at least that’s what they should have done at any rate. Good times as always, great job pushing the pace and getting stronger in the gloom!
