Per rule 2.3 of THE Happy Jack playbook, @c4 asked if any Pax wanted to Q the day before the beatdown because The Happy Jack does not believe in Q sheets and other such nonsense. YHC having been on a semi-retirement stay for the summer decided to step up as there is still time to get in beach body shape before summer break ends and kids go back to school. It had nothing to do with the M being very impressed with the 20 something year physiques semi professional male pole vaulters from this past weekend. She assured me that I still look good.

Began to run, stopped at random light pole for a quick warmup, noticed @Bronco pulling in late as usual so @homeboy decided we should spend the entire Beatdown one step ahead of him so he could never find the pax. With that YHC had a plan, head to the pavilion by the tennis courts and ran a modified cooper around the tennis courts with derkins at the picnic tables. Apparently @trooper was being nice and hollered back at @bronco the second time he passed by not understanding the terms and conditions of hide and seek.

Off to the lacrosse fields for some triangle 3 corners. Derkins, squats and big boys for three laps. Quick round of Balls to the wall where the FNG fell in love with F3 and @manning decided to prove he is still a man. Quick run up easy mountain stopping for 5 burpees at various points along the way. It was at this point that @oddjob decided to venture off course and run back to the “flag” to avoid more burpees or he pulled a Garf. Finished with a quick 3 round of derkins and gas pumpers while looking for OJ and back to the flag for some Happy Jacks.

All in all a good beatdown and great morning.
