and then we ran 1.5 miles and came back to do another round while doing 18 air squats every 8 minutes

 

guys wore vest and used sand bags and dumbells for the man makers

 

Significance 12-28-21 is when Griffin had reached engraftment

it took 18 days to engraft, and typically takes 8 months to recover.
