With the honorable Jack Bauer on hiatus from the Woodshed, Brady Bunch and I decided to split the Q in 2x 30 minute beatdowns sure to impress. After a short mosey to the tennis courts, someone forgot to bring their speaker and had to run back to the flag… so Brady Bunch handled Warm-O-Rama.
First 30: Brady Bunch had us do a rotation thru 7 sets of pure torture.

Second 30: I decided to do an ode to Geek Squad and pull out nobody’s favorite – The Tabata.
4 rounds of 6 45s exercises with 10s break between each
Round 1 & 3:
Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Squats, High Knees, Plank Jacks, Reverse LBCs
Round 2 & 4:
Side Straddle Hop, J Lo, Jump Squat, LBFC – Little Baby Flutter Crunch or modify as Little Baby Rosalita Crunch, Speed Skaters, Shoulder Taps
Lots of mumble today. Most notably “this feels a lot like running” which was by far the best. Great day, great burn.
