2 minute AMRAPs: PAX chose the exercises and made a private goal for themselves. At the end of the 2 minutes we added the surplus and used it to complete the exercise for those who didn’t obtain their goal.

YHC shared that God grants us more than we need. (ability, time, money, resources, ect.) Oftentimes we only achieve the goal we set when we could always do a little bit more. Other times, we could use the surplus to bless those around us. In this time of year there are many opportunities to bless others out the surplus that God has given us.
