1 PAX picks an exercise from the list below and a rep count (10, 20, 30, 40, 50) while the rest run a 20 yard sprint. Once an exercise and rep count are chosen the exercise won’t be done again for the beatdown (‘giving it up for Lent’) and the rep count can’t be done until a new round. A new PAX picks the next exercise, so on and so forth.

We did 4 rounds until all exercises were done with a mosey lap in between each round to ‘reset’ the rep counts.
