Warm-up:

 Happy Jack went old school this morning, and I am not just referring to Mannings age (but definitely partially referring to Mannings age).  We had a solid grouping of F3 Cherokee OGs along with the young buck White Claw.  So to start we Took the bags to the grass lacrosse fields and circle up for Weed Pickers, Copper head Squats, and for name sake – Happy Jacks.

 

The Thang

  Time to keep it simple.  We took our sacks and gave it a good toss.  Then we did it again, and continued doing it until we made it all the way to the other side of the field.  Every 5 throws, do +1 Burpees over the bag until you make it to the other side of the field.  

Once we reached the far side of the field we took the sacks and knocked out a round of 5 merkins,  10 back squats, 15 Big Boys (bag on feet).  When the round was completed we took a lap all the way around the fields and back to the bag.  Then repeat going down the next side, but starting the burpee count back down to 1.  We were able to make all 4 rounds back to the start with just enough time to get back to the flag for some Bobby Hurley’s, thanks a lot Manning, and some old school LBCs from Homeboy.
