WARMUP: Mosey to the gravel circle, SSH, toy soldiers, copper head squats and lots of mumblechatter
THE THANG: Started at the pull up bars and did 2 pull ups, 4 merkins, and 6 BBS. Then run down yellow to the creek and run back up. 4 pull ups, 8 merkins, 12 BBS and run the other direction to the creek and back. Repeat until getting to 10 pull ups, 20 merkins, 30 BBS. How we got there was a little fuzzy, but we made it work. One last trek down yellow and a quick stop by the pull up bars for a set of 5-10-15 and then back to the flag.
