We Started off by rucking down mainstreet towards the bridge. Once we got there, we took our rucks off. As we went across the bridge, we did one curl every 3 steps. Turning around at the end, we put back on our rucks and did a squat every 5 steps. After that we rucked down and through the mill and back up mainstreet to the park where we did the-
