Mosy around the parking lot, circled up for SSH, Copper Head Squat, Weed Picker, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps
Circuit of 8 exercises – for each one, do a set of 25, then jog to the island, 10 merkins, jog back. Then a second set of 25, jog to the other island, 15 core exercise of your choice then jog back. After 2 sets of 25, move to the next exercise.
Once you complete, start back at the top but just do one set of 25 + merkins + core before moving to the next exercise.
