Staff SGT Bellavia known and loved by his Conrad’s as Joe, was killed at age 28 during a patrol at operation Iraqi Freedom.

Brisk 1 mile run

four corners and a farmer at the tennis courts: in the triple courts run to each corner for 10 merks, and 15 squats while one pax farmer carry’s 40LB dumbbells through ea corner. Each pax farmers once. We did about 5 rounds of four corners.
