Mosey back to the truck to grab supplies- coupons (2 bricks each) and wiffle ball and bat.

World Series Rules

• A modified version of 7 of Diamonds plus 11s
• PAX held bricks and tomahawk chopped continuously while playing the field.
• Batter decided the workout prior to getting a hit.
  • Selections of this morning’s crew- Big Boys, Merkins, Burpees, Flutter Kicks (4 count IC), American Hammer (4 count IC), LBCs (4 count IC), Jump Squats, Imperial Walkers (4x IC), Merkins (again)
• Number of strikes equaled the multiplier for the 7 of diamonds (1st swing- 7x at each location, 3 swings- 21 at each location).
  • If a ball was caught, that’s an out and would only be 7x at each location (however dropping bricks and catching in the dark proved pretty tough)
  • A ball hit over the fielders would be considered a Home Run and we’d just do a lap around the diamond in lieu of the called exercise.
• Upon return the batter became the pitcher and a new batter and repeat.
• Once we made it through the lineup, we went to the top of the order and started again, but with adjustments:
  • Workout was 11x the number of swings
  • It was only in place, not rounding the diamond

We had one flyover and did our 10 Burpee salute.

***For the record- Test Tube hit the only dinger of the morning.***

• Black Swan was the 6th man.  Work has been crazy, has been able to hire a staff member, but needs a lot more.
• Code Yellow asked for prayer as he let folks know he’ll be leaving to head up RUF at Colorado State.  Lots of details, wrap up, etc. that’s bringing a lot of stress
