Merkin:
Idle animation: Plank
1 rep = 1 damage
10 (diamond decline merkin) = 5 damage healed
10 (burpee) = 25 damage
After 3 rounds CGS prevailed over EMT with just 2 HP remaining!

Squat:
Idle Animation: Air Chair
1 rep = 1 damage
10 rep (Box Jumps) = 5 damage healed
10 rep (Jump Squat) = 25 damage
After just two rounds EMT prevailed over CGS with 40 HP remaining.

Plank Jacks:
Idle animation: SSH (side straddle hop)
1 (4 count) rep = 1 damage
10 (4 count) mountain climbers = 5 damage healed
Stairs up and back x2 = 25 damage
After 3 rounds the CGS takes the gold, prevailing over EMT!

Rules:
Each team starts with 250 HP
1 minute intervals for each team to “take a turn”
Damage and healing is resolved at the end of the 1 minute
interval and then the other team goes next.
