The weather this morning was absolutely phenomenal for the last week of the year. Jackalope and I launched this AO a few months ago and the group of PAX never disappoint. You would be hard pressed to find an AO with this much variety in BD options, the same quality of mumble chatter, the quality of tunes played, the high quality coffee and of course there is no other AO with the weekly entertainment of Jackalope.
Warm O Rama consisted of Copperhead Squats, SSH, Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers, Michael Phelps, and Sun Gods.
The PAX moseyed to where the coupons are stored and each person grabbed a coupon. We moseyed back to the hill. Each PAX would perform 10 reps of one exercise at the bottom of the hill, then run up the hill without the coupon and knock out 10 BBS. We completed 2 rounds of this with the first round consisting of 10 reps each and the second round consisting of 20 reps each. Also in round two, we changed it from running up the hill to bear crawling up the hill. The exercises at the bottom of the hill were:
- Goblet Squats
- Incline Merkins
- Chest Press
After 2 rounds of this, we returned our coupons back to their rightful hiding place and moseyed over to one of the baseball fields. Each of the PAX would hold a certain exercise while everyone took a turn running the bases. The exercises were as follows:
- Hold Plank
- Hold Air Chair
- Shoulder Taps
- Hold 6 Inches
- Air Presses
