WARMUP: mosey down the hill, ssh, merkins, squats, weed pickers, windmills and GOOD MORNINGS
THE THANG:
Mosey up to the playground, did an elevensies on the hill with pullups and gas pumps, with bearcrawls up the hills. then we did a partner exercise with someone bernieing up the hill and the other doing an exercise at the bottom, did squats and then merkins and then big boys
