WARMUP:

Edibles Claus made another appearance at the Slab, trying to bring the Christmas high to all the PAX. To get the excitement started he brought a Warm-o-Rama of:
Gingerbread Jacks (SSH)
Candy cane pickers (Weed pickers)
Ho Ho Ho Squats (copperhead squats)
Toy Soldiers
Imperial Elves (Imperial Walkers)
Snowballs in cadence (sun gods)
Popcorn Stringing (Moroccan Night clubs)
Top hats in cadence (air presses)
Tinsel Arms in cadence(Iron Crucifix)
Jack Frosts (Michael Phelps)

THE THANG:

To start the Christmas high Edibles Claus led the Pax towards his workshop. The first stop along the way was:

Feliz Navidad Burpees (thanks Chubbs!)
Much like Thunder burpees the pax does SSHs through the song. When you hear Feliz Navidad it’s a burpee!

Edibles Claus then led the Pax the rest of the way to his workshop. This is where the Christmas high really got started with 12 days of Christmas: 12 exercises and down (like the 12 days of Christmas song)

1st Day – 1 Santa Burpee (Navy Seal Burpee)
2nd Day – 2 down the chimneys (squat jumps)
3rd day – 3 Santa’s sacks of toys (grave diggers)
4th day – 4 snowmen a making (overhead presses)
5th day – 5 golden burpees (burpees)

The Pax needed a break from the Christmas high so we set out on a short Reindeer run (Indian Run). Then it was back unwrap the rest of the 12 days.

6th day – 6 trash cans of stuffing (merkins)
7th day- 7 toys a clanging (seal jacks)
8th day – 8 reindeer farting (Mike Tyson’s)
9th day – 9 tinsels tossing (KB swings)
10th day – 10 Gingerbread jacks (SSH)
11th day – 11 Skaters skating (Apollo Onos)
12th day – 12 Pickles Pointing
