Today we had swim practice. But there was no water. So we did the drylands part. We began with a mozzey around the tennis courts, ending in the playground area for the-

WOR:
10 SSHs
10 Squat Stand Blossoms
10 shoulder taps
10 copperhead squats
10 copperhead merkins.
10 weedpickers

THE THANG:
To practice these specific skills we would be using, everybody got in a circle and did a plank. Each person did 20 jump ropes. Then, they passed it around until everyone had done a set. We then did the same with in and outs/overhead presses and med ball tap jumps.

For the main portion of the workout, we gave each person a number. #1 jump roped, #3 did medball tap jumps, number #5 did either in and outs or overhead presses with the ruck plate. Everyone else ran a lap around the two rightmost tennis courts. Once the runners returned, we rotated the positions and continued.

MARY:
We did a unique ab excersice called cross connect where you raise one leg backwards into the air in a plank position and lowered it slowly down to your elbow.
