Ummmm so it happened again. Total PAX – 7. Total number of Quagmires (AKA the Q) – 0. Well, there is always next week….Nope.
Quick mosey while I try to figure out what the heck we were going to do then circle up for a few exercises that I don’t remember, but I am sure there were windmills or weedpickers and some copperhead squats.
Down to the lower parking lot to the crosswalk right in front of the school. 5 rounds of 10 merkins, 15 Squats, and 20 Big Boys then take a lap (the big lap). For the lap run backward down the straights and lunge walk the curve.
Once done we moseyed back to the top parking lot. Since school is out we did not have to worry about the corolla banshee of death so we lined up near the back parking spaces. From there we long jumped to the next space then did 1 merkin. We continued this adding merkins each round. At some point, (around merkin 14 or 15) Wingman made a great suggestion to change from long jumps to bear crawl (which we did) and switched the exercise from merkins to monkey humpers. By the time we made it back to the curb, it was time to call it.
