THE THANG:
– Rules of engagement: No rucks get strapped to backs, chest clips stay locked. No carrying past the elbows. Ruck hits the ground and we all do 10 Burpees

– Mosey to Tuesdays. Each pax calls out a different carry on my command

– No Surrenders (Ruck OH) Squats 1:2 ratio until we get to 7 no surrenders

– Island hopping One partner works other partner moves. Hold for 6 at the new island
Travel Heading south = Rifle Carry
Travel North = High pull carry
