Started off with SSH, Weed Pickers, Michael Phelps and finished up with arm circles. Our main work out was to jog to the 25 yard line on the football field and around back to the end zone. Once back, pax would do 10 Merkins, 10 Squats and 10 Flutter kicks, then run a lap and back to end zone and do 9 Merkins, 9 Squats, 9 Flutter kicks and so on. We made it up until the last two rounds and then started dodge the pickle which is a game Tapps made up where one pax members called an exercise, the group did that exercise and when compete, you would run to the 15 yard line and would try not to get pegged by the member leading the exercise when throwing pickle balls at you. Then the next pax member called an exercise and so on. Finished up with passing the football around and heading back to the flag.
