Rubberneck had the Q but was feeling a little under the weather, but like a true HIM, he sent his workout to YHC to lead the PAX.
Simple but effective was the way he phrased it. The Dirty Dozen. Run 800m, 12 Merkins, 12 Lunges, 12 Big boys, 12 Squats. Rinse and repeat. Goal was to get through 12 rounds. I believe the farthest anyone got was 9 rounds.
