The Thing, Part 2: Balls

I had a box of colorful balls with various exercises written upon said balls. Some have reps, some don’t specify reps. When exercise is specified with no reps, we do it for 1 minute. Some balls have PAX names on them, where PAX call out an exercise for 1 minute. We did:

  • Hand release merkins
  • Diamond merkins
  • Walking lunges
  • Burpees (thanks Gut Check)
  • Dead Lifts as cardio (thanks 8-bit)
  • Hass and Hooch called out something too but YHC’s brain was toast by this point and he has no recollection
  • More stuff
