Got started right on time at 5:30 with a short mosey across the road to the middle school. Circle up for warm-o-rama. Got the requisite SSH’s in with no mumblechatter. No worries right…get the blood flowing and the chatter will pick up…or so I thought. Did the ‘Quagmire’ stretch, some imperial walkers, and finished with some sun gods. Hardly a peep…what is going on.
Mosey over to the light post where YHC’s weinke was waiting (thanks again to Misty for the whiteboard!) Set for 3 round with a lap around the parking lot between each round.j

- 30 Second Plank (Right arm up)
PAX partnered up for a Dora consisting of 100 American Hammers, 200 BBSU, and 300 LBC’s. PAX A did exercise while PAX B ran around the baseball field entrance loop.
Doo – A – Diddy
Lined up for a run and first PAX drops out of line for 10 Monkey Humpers and sprints to fall in at the rear and yells “SIX” where the next leader drops out of line and so on. Headed back towards flag with a small loop in parking lot. At least I got a few PAX to yell “six” at this point.
Back to a flag with a couple of minutes. Finished with some Freddy Mercury’s and some Iron Crosses.
