THE THANG: light pole adora, 50 jump squats, 50 Mike Tyson, 50 lungi, 50 big boys, 50 burpees. Mozy to playground. 3 minutes of squats, 2minutes of merkins, 1 minute of pull ups. Short Mozy break, then did another round.
