Warm A Rama: Copperhead Squats, Good Mornings, Weed Pickers, Sun Gods, and Michael Phelps
MetCon (run a lap in between each exercise)
10 Wall balls (20lb)
15 Kettlebell deadlift (62lb)
20 Kettlebell goblet squat (35lb)
35 Shoulder Taps
40 Flutter Kicks
