The Thang: Elevens on the stairs
11s with Merkins at the bottom and dips at the top. Every so often, the trips up the stairs switched to a different mode of transportation.
Modes of transportation up the stairs:
1. Run
2. Bunny hop
3. Bear crawl
4. Murder bunny
5. Karaoke to the right
6. Karaoke to the left

Moved out to the front parking lot.
Start with a Burpee on the crosswalk, run 1 parking space, do one squat then run back to start. Next round start with a Burpee, run two parking spaces, do two squats and run back. Continued until all had complete 16 spaces, we all finished together.

Moseyed back towards the flag stopping four times for Mary. Finished with a nice minute of six inches Brad Pitt style.

Count off, name o’rama, and prayers were lifted.
