WARMUP: quick mozy and then 41 SSH even though Glamour Shots turned 42.
THE THANG: PAX was split into two groups. Half went with Glamour Shots for 20 mins doing various exercises with his infamous 36lbs bars focusing on upper and lower body strength. The other half went with Chick Magnet for 4 rounds of suicide runs up the sidewalk/hill. After each suicide in the round, PAX did 10 Merkins then 15, then 20. Big Boys in rd 2, Squat jumps for rd 3, and Mike Tysons rd 4. After one PAX did a Bernie Sanders up the hill, remaining guys did overhead press and overhead clap till there turn. After 20mins, groups switched.
