COT: So much good talk. I had been out of town for two weeks and no able to beatdown due to very early mornings so it was great to be back with good men doing stupid, healthy (minus the ringworms) things early on a Monday morning.
I am proud of this group and proud to be pushing through a few obstacles to do this, which is good for my body, mind and soul (except for the ring worms). Can you even get ringworms from pondscum? If so, we all have it now.
