THE THANG:
1. Bus Lane Ladder
Run a loop around the roundabout by middle school stopping and doing 1 merkin at first bus lane, 2 at second bus lane, so on so forth…did it until we got bored

2. Grimace Gauntlet
Travelled by down the back stretch and did the Grimace Gauntlet

3. Run big parking lot + stairs
We partnered up and ran opposite directions—3 partner burpees every time we crossed

Got 3.5 miles today—good time was had by all.
And I woke up on time today 🤣
