Pavarotti was also in attendance and seems to not be on slack.
Short, slow mosey to the amphitheater where we read the disclaimer for the FNGs and proceeded to perform the typical Warm-O-Rama moves.
Sidestraddle hop, weed picker (low and slow), windmills, Something else, the Blart, something else… Not terribly important to this story.
Glad there were FNGs so the PAX couldn’t disprove my title of the beatdown. I told them that it would hurt so good they’d want to slap moms. all the moms.
We numbered off which would come into play momentarily, we also performed 25 reps of each exercise:
S – squats
L – lunge (reverse)
A – alternating shoulder taps
P – Peter Parker
M – monkey humpers
O – outlaws
M – merkin
S – speed skaters
While the PAX went hard at SLAPMOMS one PAX would carry a coupon around the perimeter of the amphitheater. at each corner (4 total) PAX would drop and perform 15 merkins. Pass the coupon to the next victim and pick up where you left off with SLAPMOMS.
Finally I called PAX to pick their favorite arm, core or leg workout and we would perform those at their mercy. Plan, can opener crunch and a few others called, quickly mosey up to the flag and Swap called another 1m of plank. that’s where we ended. low to the ground and hurting
COT with the War Towne guys and prayers for injured and ill PAX/Ms.
Great day at the Shed. this was my second week of being flag bearer and I think it went well. unfortunately, I was hella sore until Tuesday. So… all in all, not a bad day.
