We picked up our KB and took a mosey down to the baseball field. By the time we were there we were plenty warm so after one quick round of Weed pickers to recover and stretch some things out we got to work.
The Revolver. We had 6 exercises on the board:
- 1 Arm Cleans
- 2 Handed Swings
- 1 Arm Rows
- Crush Press Sit-up
- Goblet Squat
- Skull Crushers
6 reps of every exercise (Kodiak where applicable)
Each man rolled a Die to see where he started on the list. If you rolled a 5, you started with Goblet Squats then moved to #6, then 1, 2, 3, & finished with 4.
After a round of exercises, we farmers carried our bell to the fence, switched arms, and came back on odd Rounds. On even rounds, we front rack carried with one arm switched at the fence and came back.
