Partner up with your cinder blocks. Partner A farmers carried the cinder blocks around the lap that was completed with the warm-up. Partner B knocked out the prescribed exercises and reps on the whiteboard (yeah I know, what a shock, I had a whiteboard. Get over it I am a visual person). Once Partner B was done with his exercises he ran to swap out with Partner A, who ran to the whiteboard and knocked out the exercise. Keep swapping until you reach the bottom.
