We rolled out of Cannon Park headed east on East Main St and hung a right onto Dr. John Pettit St down the hill toward the railroad tracks.
We stopped in the Family Dollar parking lot for the first set of exercises. The goal was to complete one set of BOMBS with your ruck on, without barfing from the smell. Not sure if it was what Bonilla had for dinner the night before, the sewer or both. We started the BOMBS with 5 ruck-on Burpees, finishing the set incrementing the count by 5 after each exercise.
We continued west along the railroad tracks until we arrived at West Marietta Connection. Here we performed BOMBS, with your ruck on, beginning with 5 burpees and incrementing the count by 5 for each following exercise.
We continued west to the CCWSA parking lot where we were to do ALARMS but since YHC can’t read a watch we didn’t have enough time to work these in. So we trekked Main St up the hill back to the STARTEX to call it a Q.
