Quick Warm-O-Rama of some SSH and Michael Phelps and sun gods and Karate Kid kicks…
Everybody started with a 1 mile run/jog (down the street to 3rd lamppost past 4-way stop and back to playground).
Each person set their own goal of consecutive pull-ups (rests allowed), up to 100.
Then, merkins; then, squats. It was “you against you (from last time)”.
Ended in another run (up to 1 mile), if time allowed.
P-Body was 6th man — today he’s 15 years and 1 week old!
Prayer followed by fist-bumps in round-a-bout fashion. No coffee, but some good mubble chatter. It was truly AWESOME!
