The Thang:

With an abundant amount of light poles down the driveway of the school, the PAX saw themselves performing exercises at each one, starting with 15 and working in a descending fashion. Exercises included the essentials; merkins, squats, SSH’s.

After our 8th light pole, we did 7’s; around the world lunges on one end of the pickup/dropoff and WMD’s on the other side. After all PAX finished, we picked back up on the light pole exercises.

Once completed with the light poles, we did some ring of fire with arms and quads and then found a patch of grass to do some Mary.

COT:

The COT is getting weird these days… Dixie Chick proposed to Babyface. So happy for them. Wish them well on their journey.

Praises for the results of Aisle 7’s scans that nothing major came of the car accident.

Prayers for Dixie Chick to be able to have the CT scan to see why his hernia isn’t healing as properly as it should be and that they’re able to identify the needs of any future surgery or therapy for his complete healing.

Naked Man Moleskin:
