THE THANG:
I went for maximum mileage to try to help everyone prep for upcoming 5ks. I got right at 4 miles on a fine morning with the crew.

11s at the lanes > Mike Tyson’s + LBCs

The Mary Mile > mapped out 1 mile around a big loop including Route 66 to the front of the school at Arnold Mill and back up the road by the football field. Stopped 5 times for Mary to be called by various PAX.
