Going up and down the hill, Pax stopped at each light to exercise. The rep numbers were 10, 15, 20, 25, 30. The first time down the hill, we did can opener crunches on one side. Plank for 1 minute at the bottom. Going back up, we did can opener crunches on the other side. 1 minute 6 inches at the top. going back down, we did skywalkers. 1 minute plank at the bottom. Going back up, we back-pedaled and did monkey humpers.
Mozy back to the flag. 90 seconds or so of high plank, finishing with waste water’s signature Alabama Prom Dates.
