THE THANG:
Mosey a bit then modified DORA 123. 50 merks, 100 LBCs, 150 squats.
Then to tennis court for Plank Ballet, which is high plank, merkin, high plank, right hand up, high plank. Did that 25 times.
Mosey to hill for 11s of LBCs and J-Los.
MARY:
Am Hammers, LBCs, flutter kicks, squats and TIME!

COT:
Blarney was 6th man and talked about his new job at Publix and college. Asked for prayers for his girlfriend and him that they grow in virtue together.
We prayed for Blarney’s intentions, for CP’s FIL Mike, Mongoose’s schoolwork, PJ’s test tomorrow, Chubbs daughter, The Count’s injury, and Soorie and his fam.
We moved the party to Waffle House where Soorie tried to talk me into some insanity called Grow Ruck.
It was a great way to start a Thursday!
