We exercised, ran, rifle carried blocks and listens to Halloween music. Partnered up. Partner 1 did the exercise while partner 2 moved either by running or rifle carrying, depending on the song. Flapjack when partner 2 returned.

When the song changed, a different exercise & mode of transportation, run or rifle carry.
