Mosey to park Indian style, where a 10 lb kettle bell is passed backwards, 6th pax runs it up front

At park there were 10 stations.  45 seconds work; 15 seconds to run to next station

  1. pull ups 2.dips 3.shrug rack 4. kettle bell rows 5. punching bag. 6. man makers with smash ball 7. jump rope 8. curls with dumb bells 9. shoulder lifts with plate 10. forearm weight lift

we went around 3 XS, then mosey back same way as before

ab exercises with 5 burpees after each: 1. 30 BigBoys 2. 25 LBCs 3. 20 Crunchy Frogs

Finished up with 4 sprints starting from bear position
