THE THANG: Ran from flag to back of Hampton Station. There are 5 turns a long the way. At each turn we did ascending reps of air press and SSH starting with 10 and ending with 50. Turned around and did descending reps at the corners. We reviewed the 5 F3 Core Principles at the half way point. Everyone got in almost 4 miles. Oxbow is turning into a runner.
