Naked Man Moleskin:
YHC is getting a little tired of this. While Dial Up has been rock solid consistent (Tues/Thurs/Sat) with rock solid beatdowns, it’s just been too long since this group of guys has gotten together IRL. The COT was a little gloomy as the rain moved in. I think it’s wearing on us.
During this time one thing has become apparent to me, in the new normal, it will be about Simple. In F3, we often make things complicated–workouts, communication, even our ball busting. I think we’re afraid that if it’s not creative, guys won’t come back, or we’re trying to make a workouts that everyone will talk about, and the FOMO will be Real, and all that. I just don’t think it’s necessary.
I’m going to challenge myself to keep it simple. 10 exercises. Reps. Work. Just do work. And through the sweat and hate, they’ll come back.
