Bear Crawl 1,2,3 – Just like a Dora but instead of running you Bear Crawl to the 30 yard line and Crawl bear back. The other partner completes 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBC’s
Once completed we alternated lunging and walking every ten yards across the field and completed another Dora this time the pax would complete 100 – American Hammer, 200 – Big Boy Sit-Ups, and 300 – Flutter Kicks. The other partner completed 50 squats the first round, 50 Mountain Climbers the second round, and 50 Plank jacks the third round.
Once completed the alternated Squat steps (Facing the Sideline perform a squat, pivot around the front foot and squat, rinse and repeat) for 15 yards, walk 5 yards across the field.

Really enjoyed designing my first 0.0 BD and attempted to keep it as close to 0.0 as possible (I was later told that in true Scamper form we actually covered over 2.5 miles).
