THE THANG:

Relay — while PAX 1 does the mode of transportation exercise, the others do AMRAP of the station exercises (1 PAX per station). When PAX 1 completes his lap, he rings the bell, everybody moves up a station, and next PAX begins his lap.

Round 1: Lunges
Round 2: 1/2 bear crawls, 1/2 crawl bears

Stations:
– Merkins
– Squats with coupon
– Overhead press with coupon
– Mountain climbers
– Curls with coupon

Between rounds, Bernie Sanders to top of hill and jog back down
