started out normal wararama
5 minutes of burpees
then did shuttle runs 5 rounds
partner 1 would run partner 2 did one of the following exercises
moved onto some wrestling
did stance in motion with below variation
drop to the ground get back up (sprawl)
turn and run to the other side. we did 4 rounds
moved some rocks from one place to the next partner 1 would return rocks to its rightful place, partner 2 would do the below excercise.
we did 2 sets of each
Moseyed to killa my lunga
sprint light pole to light pole pax called the exercise I called the count
10 mike tysons
20 flutter kicks
crucifix at the end catch our breath
moseyed up to the front of the church did one round of derkins on the Q’s count
ended with 2 minutes of stretching.
