WARMUP: Under cover we performed the following while waiting on Legionnaire to join us:

15x SSH’s
10x Weed Pickers
10x Copperhead Squats
10x Toy Soldiers

THE THANG:

The 4×4 (also under cover)
Starting on one side of the awning and did the following:
40x Squats
40x Bonnie Blairs (Rubicon Count)
40x Monkey Humpers
40x Calf Raises

PAX then performed a movement exercise to the other side of the awning and Bernied back (Legionnaire had to ask what this was a few times)

PAX decreased the reps by 10x and then rinsed and repeated until finished

Moseyed to the front of the school and did 11’s with Merkins and Star Jumps under the awning in the front of the school

Moseyed back to the stadium awning for Mary

MARY: Popcorn style for time as Legionnaire faded out with the count
